Understanding this Report
- Overdrive defines a "new patron registration" as the first time
a patron logs into Overdrive.
- Overdrive counts the number of times books are checked out to our patrons ("owned copies only").
- Overdrive counts the number of unique patrons performing those checkouts.
- Overdrive calculates the average number of checkouts per patron as (# of checkouts)
/ (# of unique patrons).
- Overdrive calculates the average turnover rate as (# of checkouts) / (# copies
owned of titles checked out).
- Overdrive counts the number of holds placed on titles checked out by another
patron.
- Overdrive supplies a list of the top 50 referrers to our Digital Audiobooks site for the entire Wisconsin Public Library Consortium. The "top Winnefox referrers" are those Winnefox libraries listed among the top 50 referrers overall during each calendar month.
